Hello world

Ok, I'm going to give this a shot. Right now my reason for writing is to try to be more connected with my interests and hobbies. I want to write about math, computer science, music, and maybe other topics on occasion. I aim to primarily write stuff that is directly connected with what I'm doing. But I won't worry too much about the end product. And although I don't anticipate having a readership, the very existence of this prefacing post proves that I am not excluding the possibility.
